How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the website with your order reference number (found in your purchase confirmation email or on your success page). Please include the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving your request, and the funds will appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

What Happens After a Refund

Upon processing a refund, your license to use the purchased Product is immediately revoked. You are required to delete all downloaded files associated with the purchase. Continued use of the Product after a refund is a violation of our Terms of Service and may constitute copyright infringement.

Upgrade Policy

If you purchased the Starter Pack and wish to upgrade to the Pro Bundle or Ultimate Edition, we offer a credit-based upgrade. Contact us within 30 days of your original purchase and we will apply the amount you already paid as a credit toward the higher tier. You will only pay the difference.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming for both parties. If you have a legitimate concern, we will resolve it quickly and fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks — where a refund has already been issued or the product was used — will be disputed with supporting evidence.
