License Grant

By purchasing any product from AI Mastery Toolkit, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased digital product for your own personal or internal business purposes. This license is granted to you as an individual and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

What You Can Do

Use all prompts with any AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.)
Customize and adapt prompts for your own projects
Use the outputs generated by AI tools for commercial purposes
Share individual prompts with your own team members (Pro & Ultimate tiers)
Use the PDF, CSV, and Notion templates for personal organization
Reference the frameworks in your own work without reproducing the full pack

What You Cannot Do

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the prompt pack to any third party
Publish the full prompt collection (or substantial portions) publicly online
Create competing products for commercial sale based on our prompt packs
Share your download link with others who have not purchased
Claim authorship or ownership of the original prompt collection
Use the product in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Ownership of AI Outputs

You retain full ownership of any content, text, code, or other outputs generated by AI tools when you use our prompts. Our license covers the prompts themselves, not the outputs they produce. You are free to use AI-generated outputs for any commercial or personal purpose.

Intellectual Property Protection

The AI Mastery Toolkit prompt collections, guides, frameworks, and templates are protected by copyright. All rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved by AI Mastery Toolkit. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our Products may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable copyright law.

License Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically, without notice, if you breach any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Product in your possession. We reserve the right to revoke your license and pursue legal remedies for any violation of these terms.

Updates and New Versions

Ultimate Edition purchasers receive lifetime access to all future updates and new prompt additions at no additional cost. Starter and Pro purchasers may purchase upgrades at a discounted rate. We reserve the right to change the content, structure, and format of Products in future versions.
